Soft washing is the most common form of power washing that we employ. Soft washing will clean almost any surface, safely, reliably and predictably.

In order to ensure that our cleaning process is effective and predictable we premix our eco-friendly cleaning solution in tanks and pump directly from the tanks using pressure between approximately 250-750psi.

While chemical injectors are commonly used by many power washing companies, we realize that it only takes a single malfunction to cause a situation where damage may occur. In fact, the only real way to know if a chemical injector is picking up and diluting the cleaning solution to a proper ratio is to test the solution coming out of the tip of the nozzle for chemical composition.

As a consequence of our premixing approach, we need to do more regular maintenance to our machines, due to corrosion and build-up in our pumping mechanisms. We feel that this is a small price to pay in order to be certain that the solution we are applying has the proper chemical make up, will handle the job as we expect it to, and will protect our client’s property from damage.
